Dianne Harris is a certified yoga teacher and Yoga Therapist and has been teaching for many years. Dianne's teaching is focused on her Classical yoga training and uses her training in Pilates, physiology and anatomy. Each class uses mindful movement and poses to unobstruct the breath and open the body. This brings ease, self-awareness and the ability to recognize and change the ingrained mind and body patterns that cause stress and injury.
