GROUP CLASSES
Mat Class
A series of exercises performed on a mat, which strengthen the core muscles of the body, giving you strength and flexibilty at the same time. The Mat exercises are layered in as the body changes and progresses in the Pilates work. The exercises will tone your stomach, hips, buttocks and legs, improve your posture and give you long lean muscles. Your posture and flexibility will improve as your sense of control over your body improves.
Some classes may use Pilates small accessories and props, such as light hand and ankle weights, bars and Magic Circles. Pilates mats and accessories are provided.

Reformer Class
This is a combination of intermediate mat work and a highly developed use of pullies and straps on a gliding platform on which one can stand, kneel, sit and lie. The Reformer, like the Mat, strengthens the core muscles and also provides non-impact spring resistance to align and strengthen the body. The exercises will tone your stomach, hips, buttocks and legs, improve posture and give you long lean muscles.
Combo Class
A combination of Mat Class and Equipment Class (pole or reformer). Class is one half mat and one half equipment.
Barre/Mat Class
A combination of Mat Class and use of the ballet barre to perform small, isometric movements while maintaining Pilates posture. Barre protects joints and involves no bouncing or jumping.
