Welcome to Main Line Pilates and Yoga in Paoli, Pennsylvania. The only fully-equipped Pilates and Yoga studio on the western Main Line of the Philadelphia suburbs. We are dedicated to maintaining the integrity of the work based on Joseph Pilates - a mind/body method of excercise designed to enhance overall health, improve body conditioning and increase strength and stamina to move freely throughout everyday life.

Owner Gina Nostrant, a college athlete and fitness enthusiast, added Pilates to her regimen many years ago. Gina is a graduate of the highly regarded Body Precision Pilates Studio Teacher Certification Program in Rosemont, PA. Director Beth Downey is certified through the nationally recognized Pilates Center of Boulder in Boulder, Colorado. Body Precision is an educational member of the Pilates Method Alliance for both full equipment and mat certifications. Gina, bringing her love of the Pilates matwork, helped Beth develop the Mat Certification Program in late 2004, bringing the same level of integrity exisiting in the Full Certification program since 1998. She participates in the program both as a workshop instructor as well as advisor to trainees.
